My time at Flagship has been full of positive experiences. I work as a rehab aide here and not only do I have a wonderful working environment with a positive support staff around me, but I have also had several learning experiences to help me further my education and career in occupational therapy. The residents in the facility are very pleasant, which makes me look forward to coming to work. The site manager and regional director are always willing and able to answer any questions I have and interested in what I have to say. Flagship has provided me with many opportunities and I feel as though the corporate staff is really there for all of the employees.
~ Katherine B., Rehab Aide at Goodwin House Alexandria
I take pride in working for Flagship, as ethics is their number-one priority. Flagship’s corporate compliance department provides the entire team with the most recent updates in government regulations, ensuring our patients are receiving the best care. Since I’ve worked for Flagship, the organization has expanded. However, I still feel we operate as a small company, with extra support always available if needed. Flagship has also provided me with personal growth, promoting me from a treating therapist to a site manager. Each day, I enjoy going to work for this successful, ethical and caring company.
~ Bethany A., L/COTA Field Corporate Compliance Officer
Flagship Rehab is the first company I have worked for that is fully committed to employee empowerment. Employees are asked to provide input about the best course of action, not always told what to do. When it comes to support, Flagship Rehab is also unsurpassed. If you have a question or an issue, someone is always available to assist you.
~ Ken C., Physical Therapist Assistant for Flagship Rehabilitation
I am a physical therapist who has been employed by Flagship Rehab for four years. My first encounter with Flagship Rehab began with a discussion with Dustin Freas, the director of recruiting and business development. I was interested in learning more about a new contract that they had acquired so I could refer a few therapists I was associated with. After a couple of lengthy discussions, I was so impressed with the company’s family-operated business model, philosophy, and operational objectives that I interviewed for a site manager position myself.
After four years with the company, I can say that I have truly enjoyed the opportunities I’ve been provided with at Flagship. The company has a comfortable working atmosphere, with a very supportive operational business model. Beginning with orientation, I met with and continue to work regularly with all departments in the company, from human resources to billing.
Flagship Rehab is a successful contract therapy company that remains competitive in a challenging market. Their size allows them to effectively implement changes within the company to keep up with industry standards while still soliciting feedback and suggestions from therapists on all levels. While some other companies dictate how business is run, Flagship considers the thoughts and opinions of their employees before implementing changes.
I have enjoyed working for this company, where I feel I am truly appreciated. I would highly recommend Flagship Rehab to any prospective therapist who is interested in working for a strong, competent company that offers a variety of opportunities for professional growth.
~ Corey F., Physical Therapist at Forestview Healthcare Center
